An event held at Lululemon (410 Community) in Kelowna, BC on June 21st at 7pm for my All My Relations workshop. This event included a 1 hr yoga practice followed by a sharing circle to listen to one another, discuss allyship and how to be an active part of reconciliation. Snacks included.

Proceeds went to https://waterfirst.ngo, Canada’s leading charity dedicated to working in partnership with Indigenous communities to address local water challenges through education, training and meaningful collaboration.

So WHO is Sarah-Anne?
Honestly I’m still figuring that out. But here’s what I do know: I am a Anishinaabe/Metis woman who is also of settler decent. I am closest to my “highest”, “truest” self when I am in nature hiking or gathering medicine, moving my body through yoga, cycling, swimming or running and when I’m creating art in the kitchen, with a paint brush or my words. But at my core of cores, I am a Mama.
